Submitting the contact form is an inquiry only and does not create a booking, contract, or obligation on either side. A session is confirmed only once a separate booking agreement is in place and the required retainer has been received.

Booking, retainer, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are summarised in the Booking & Cancellation Policy on our homepage and are governed in full by the individual contract provided to each client. In the event of any conflict, your signed contract prevails.
